Associate Principal, Business Operations and Strategy
The Business Operations and Strategy team drives strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company’s product areas and functions. The team, also known as Business Operations (BizOps), operates like an internal consulting group for Google's leadership working on a range of critical and high-priority projects and issues. BizOps works in small teams to find solutions. This includes pressing topics such as shaping how we go to market with generative AI, defining and executing our strategy on company-wide priorities like operational excellence and sustainability, developing business generation strategies across our consumer and Business-to-Business (B2B) products, and exploring “moonshots” to find the next big idea. The BizOps team is at the forefront of Google's fast-moving strategic priorities, addressing operational challenges and enabling innovation.
