You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of supply chain software development programs, spanning supply planning, execution, and asset management, working across teams and external partners.
- Scope, plan, and manage projects, quality of software development, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables.
- Set the idea and direction for programs, outlining goals, objectives, and defining program controls, governance, standards.
- Initiate new software development programs, identifying and delivering features that drive performance, scale, functionality, security, quality, and efficiency.
- Provide management with forecasts of project deliverables and detailed status updates.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience in software development life-cycle management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience delivering high-availability, distributed systems, and managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages, distributed systems, and scalable and reliable systems/cloud services.
- Experience managing development/customization of one or more supply chain solutions like SAP, JDA, Kinaxis etc.
