Corporate Engineering (Corp Eng) is the team that builds and maintains the infrastructure that powers Google. We are responsible for designing, building, securing, and operating the systems that keep Google running smoothly. In this role, you will be a vital catalyst for the AI transformation across our internal corporate functions, driving fundamental shifts in critical internal operations and directly accelerating Google's business outcomes. You will leverage Google’s ecosystem of pioneering AI and Cloud capabilities to define the systems that enable cohesive, agentic experiences across our most fundamental business functions: marketing, finance, and legal.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $267,000-$376,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Direct the UX strategy for our global Marketing teams. Embed Google's AI IP into the marketing workflow to enable teams to move from concept to full campaign faster, leveraging GenAI to deliver personalized, data-driven creative content that measurably grows the business.
- Partner with Finance leadership to define and ship intelligent tools that eliminate the burden of manual transaction oversight. Enable the optimization and analysis of every contract and price paid for every Google transaction.
- Oversee the creation of user experiences that leverage AI technologies to allow our Legal team to respond to inbound inquiries rapidly and proactively protect our data, company, and customers. Design semi-autonomous agents and self-service tools.
- Provide executive UX leadership on systems and information architecture that seamlessly connect these disparate enterprise functions, ensuring an intelligence-driven user journey across all tools.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience leading UX for multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with enterprise software domains.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the integration of first-party and third-party systems to deliver cohesive workflows and experiences to users.
- Knowledge of ideation and development to create and innovate solutions.
- Recognized UX leader for high quality design accomplishments leading to significant business impact in relevant enterprise software domains.
