Senior Technical Program Manager, Core ML

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage workstreams including requirements gathering and risk assessment.
- Work closely with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and capabilities across various workstreams.
- Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team issues quickly.
- Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.
- Develop recommendations that translate into a course of action.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a specific focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and managing the ML life-cycle.
- Ability to communicate effectively across a wide variety of functions, stakeholders, and organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and follow up on tasks and inquiries on behalf of engineering teams.
