Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a partner-centric sales strategy within the assigned territory, demonstrably driving significant Google Cloud and Marketplace business through targeted partner engagement models.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key System Integrators (SIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to generate incremental business through impactful service engagements and marketplace transactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal Sales and Partner Management teams to co-create and implement joint go-to-market (GTM) plans across the partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
  • Articulate and promote the compelling value proposition of the Google Cloud Marketplace through engagements with customers and proactive prospecting of relevant ISV partners.
  • Drive top-of-funnel activity for both partner-led and Google-sourced opportunities, contributing significantly to pipeline development. Share insights on partner ecosystem opportunities, constructively test existing business approaches, and possess knowledge of critical "must-win" opportunities.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with foundational cloud technologies and service provider ecosystems and business models.
  • 8 years of experience working in a partner or channel manager role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working in a partner or channel sales manager position.
  • 5 years of experience in pipeline development or management.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, agile partners, global system integrators (GSIs), and system integrators (SIs).
  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences, including at customer, partner, or industry events.
  • Experience with customer technology implementations, cloud economics, consumption business models, and partner agreement constructs.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
