About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Solution Architecture leader with significant cyber security domain expertise and experience managing a technical team to develop the business with channel partners. As a Solution Architecture leader, you will lead a team of Solution Architects aligned to the Channel and Alliances team, educating and demonstrating the value of CrowdStrike’s security platform to prospective customers and partners. You will lead a team of highly skilled Solution Architects responsible for creating and delivering business value and enablement for our partners using scalable and sustainable processes, all while managing and driving results to ensure a successful and beneficial outcome for our customers. This role is remote and will be reporting to the Director of Solution Architecture in Europe.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure effective Solution Architect coverage across the Central European partner base

  • Coach, mentor and develop the Solution Architecture skill-set to meet current and emerging sales opportunity needs

  • Balancing  leadership and coaching responsibilities while expanding the team across Central Europe

  • Engage with leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish key stakeholders and business-line owners

  • Drive customer and partner meetings through sales calls, relationship building, solution selling and problem resolution

  • Provide guidance on complex technical issues utilizing in-depth knowledge of the company, products, industry and solutions

  • Develop and improve methods, techniques, and evaluation processes for CrowdStrike solutions

  • Participate in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner other sponsored events

  • Deliver product roadmap and gather technical and product related requirements that align to increasing revenue opportunities within the Central European region

What You'll Need:

  • Experience working directly with channel partners of various types (resellers, distributors, GSI, MSSPs, Technical Alliances, etc.) to build solutions and GTM strategies leveraging CrowdStrike products and services

  • Demonstrated leadership experience of high performing technical resources and in managing business of comparable size

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud and SIEM technologies

  • Demonstrated experience developing and enhancing the strategy and tools for the technical sales process and approach

  • Strong understanding of how to navigate large enterprise organizational structures

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration on strategic initiatives

  • Experience managing executive-level relationships

  • Excellent communication, follow-up skills and interpersonal skills

  • Travel as needed

  • Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus

  • The role is remote based / home-working and the candidate must be located within the region, with Germany as the preferred country
