In this role, you will lead the strategy and operations of physical infrastructure essential for development, testing, and demonstrations. You will guide a team in procuring, deploying, and operationalizing hardware environments, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD workflows. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to architect and design technical roadmaps, ensuring infrastructure solutions remained strictly aligned with overarching goals and evolving customer requirements.
  • Develop physical environments for development, engineering custom orchestration tooling for automated rollouts, debugging frameworks, and seamless CI/CD pipeline integration to enhance deployment speed.
  • Define and monitor core KPIs for environment latency and reliability, while collaborating with engineering teams to safeguard stability and optimize shared development platform performance.
  • Manage lab resource systems to maximize hardware utilization and drive SLO improvements by streamlining procurement and refining lab operational workflows for efficiency.
  • Fortify infrastructure to meet security, regulatory standards while fostering technical excellence through mentorship and providing subject matter expertise across the organization.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with system design.
  • 5 years of experience in data center management and architecture, overseeing data center operations, managing infrastructure systems, and driving efficiency through data center automation and custom tools development.
  • 5 years of experience with managing technical work, driving engineering strategy and roadmap.
  • 5 years of experience in managing or leading a team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with leadership development and career growth of employees.
  • 3 years of experience in analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
  • 3 years of experience building and managing infrastructure, with a specialized focus on capacity management and forecasting to ensure scalable growth across global environments.
