Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain quality, open-source Software Development Kit (SDKs) for the Agent Development Kit (ADK) framework.
Build and improve tooling to support the AI agent development life-cycle using ADK, including testing, debugging, deployment, and observability.
Collaborate with internal and external developers to understand their needs and translate them into new features and improvements for the AI agent ecosystem.
Work with cloud teams to ensure deployment and management of AI agents built with ADK on Google Cloud Platform and other environments.
Develop and enhance the open-source SDKs for the Agent Development Kit (ADK) framework.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with AI, machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI agents.
Experience building applications for enterprise needs, which includes AI safety, data residency, integration with existing systems.
Understanding of needs of the Cloud customers and ability to bridge the gap between AI technology and real-world use cases outside of Google.
