15 years of experience or more

Preferred to have Bachelors degree or higher in software engineering/programming.

- Expert in programming and experience as full Stack Engineer. Must have knowledge of Java, Go and Python and/or other programming languages.

- Lead other test engineers and continuously research industry best test technologies.

- Be able to estimate testing effort, prioritize assignments as well as to plan implementations.

- Help to implement and articulate testing strategies, test automation and test engineering technologies.

- Identify project risks, quantify risk/benefit ratio and provide alternative solutions as well as risk mitigation. Offer deep defect root cause analysis and root cause solutions.

- Communicate effectively with product owners and Development teams. create CI jobs using Jenkins or similar tools and maintain them.

- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions, present test engineering solutions to others.

- Peformance measurement of ebay.com and resolving the issues with partners

- Implement Reliability patterns in domain areas by working with respective functional leaders.

- Debug customer facing site incidents and provide workarounds/solutions.

- Mentor and lead by example in design, development and operations.
