The US base salary range for this full-time position is $77,000-$110,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones and global office locations, ensuring your executive's time is optimized for their highest priorities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with each executive, anticipate needs and future challenges, and propose proactive solutions to enable effective decision-making.
- Develop an understanding of key stakeholders and foster effective working relationships across the broader organization to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
- Lead the planning and execution of team events, including off-sites and guest visits. Serve as a culture by designing and executing high-energy team events that cultivate a positive and productive organizational environment.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, detailed itineraries, and ground transport, ensuring a seamless experience for speaking engagements and office visits. Manage expense reporting and track team budgets with precision and fiscal responsibility.
Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
