Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating them into campaign strategies.
  • Drive campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to improve customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and achieve business growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is tracked, and deliver results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract insights, identify and cultivate opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional and a global organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Understanding of Google Ads products and platform.
  • Ability to think and evaluate the needs of clients.
