The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Act as a Power Systems Engineer focused on BESS and energy storage.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
  • 3 years of experience with power systems controls, SCADA controls, protection systems, generator controls, and other power system technologies.
  • 3 years of experience developing power system protection and control schemes and performing system analysis for protection/transient studies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business or other relevant field or a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • Experienced with generator governors and exciters, generator synchronization and transfer controls, inverter controls for BESS, PV and Fuel Cell applications.
  • Familiarity with HIL testing using RTDS, OPAL-RT and other commercially viable closed loop testing methods.
