Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a "global native" culture and driving career growth through AI-enhanced consultative mentorship.
- Partner directly with client C-levels to decode business priorities, shaping and influencing their international expansion strategies and global marketing decisions.
- Own the operational excellence and pipeline prioritization for the cluster to drive high-velocity execution, ensuring absolute accountability through a proactive mindset and incentive alignment with client business outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison to senior sales leadership, aligning cross-functional partnerships and regional market focus to drive business growth.
- Oversee the creation of actionable, business-driving growth narratives and scalable solutions that enable the Future Giants cohort to succeed in diverse international markets.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technology sales, working with customers in a sales role, or international business operations, strategy planning, or tech sales/marketing.
- 2 years of experience managing a team and coaching teams in sales, strategy consulting, or account management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing insight-driven narratives for high-growth sectors such as gaming/apps, fintech, education, or health care.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with a deep understanding of market nuances in emerging regions.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and a commitment to leveraging AI to drive innovations in client solutions, business insights, and work processes.
- Ability to influence senior sales leadership and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and lead teams through market volatility with an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset.
