Meta is seeking an experienced market research and intelligence analyst to drive strategic insights related to AI and digital infrastructure. In this high-visibility role, you will shape how Meta understands and responds to the rapidly evolving AI infrastructure landscape, directly informing executive-level decisions that guide billions of dollars in infrastructure investment. You will have the opportunity to lead research initiatives covering the full spectrum of infrastructure domains—from silicon and hardware supply chains to data center development, networking, and AI compute. Your work will translate complex market dynamics into clear, actionable intelligence that helps Meta maintain its competitive edge in the race for infrastructure advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver executive briefings on infrastructure industry trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic implications Conduct market research and competitive analysis across infrastructure domains including data centers, silicon, energy, networking, and AI compute Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with internal domain experts and external industry sources Manage recurring intelligence products, dashboards, and monitoring systems to track market developments Lead end-to-end research projects from scoping through delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations Synthesize complex technical and market information into clear, actionable insights for leadership Establish and mature market intelligence program

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in economics, business, engineering, public policy, or related analytical field 10+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence and analysis, strategy consulting, sell-side or buy-side research, or related analytical roles Experience conducting primary research (interviews, channel checks) and secondary research (industry reports, financial filings, technical publications) Experience with quantitative analysis including data modeling and working with datasets in Excel/Google Sheets, Python, R, or similar tools Experience presenting findings and recommendations to executive leadership Experience managing complex research projects under own initiative Experience building and maintaining cross-functional partnerships across a broad range of stakeholders Master's degree (MS, MA, CFA, MBA) Experience in infrastructure-related sectors such as data centers, semiconductors, energy, telecommunications, or cloud computing Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development Experience with financial modeling, demand forecasting, or econometric analysis Experience working with independent research firms, industry analysts, or expert networks Experience developing and operationalizing market intelligence programs Professional network within technology infrastructure or related industries

Compensation: $160,000/year to $232,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
