About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven global Senior Director, Technical Advisory Services dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our CrowdStrike Services team offers opportunities to lead and scale operations while designing and delivering critical technical services to organizations across the world. This leadership role will be instrumental in expanding our offerings utilizing the Falcon Platform, Red Teaming, multi-discipline offerings, and delivering world-class professional services to our growing customer base.

  • Have you tailored consulting offerings across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB?

  • Have you scaled global delivery teams infusing partner delivery models? 

  • Are you experienced briefing Fortune 500 executives and owning strategic customer relationships (Big 4 experience a plus)

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and scale Technical Advisory operations globally

  • Develop and execute revenue growth plans aligned with global market opportunities

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with delivery partners

  • Design and launch new service offerings leveraging the FalCon platform

  • Lead multiple teams of technical professionals across Cloud, Identity, Endpoint, Agentic SOC, and Red Teaming

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to build and execute growth strategies

  • Drive thought leadership initiatives through public speaking and industry engagement

  • Create and maintain a culture of excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement

  • Develop and execute business cases for consulting investment and expansion

  • Oversee delivery quality and customer satisfaction across all service offerings

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive experience leading revenue growth for professional services organizations globally

  • Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams across multiple countries

  • Strong understanding of technology market dynamics and business practices

  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships

  • Experience scaling technical consulting teams

  • Track record of successful business case development and execution

  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships

  • Experience in developing and launching new service offerings

  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $225,000 - $280,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
