
Marketing Operations Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, collaborative and organized Marketing Operations Manager to drive change management, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence within MongoDB’s Marketing organization. This role will lead the communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of core Marketing Operations processes.
The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about building scalable processes, fostering team alignment and championing meaningful, sustainable change.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute best in class communication and change management strategy to drive awareness, education, and adoption of MongoDB’s Marketing Operations initiatives
- Own and manage Marketing Operation’s communication channels. Regularly providing timely and meaningful updates, promoting awareness and adoption across the Marketing Organization
- Track, analyze and report on adoption metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Establish and own the stakeholder feedback cycle. Including mechanisms to collect, categorize, and prioritize stakeholder needs, gaps, and feedback
- Ensure intake requests are assessed, aligned to strategic and company objectives, and communicated clearly to stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted partner to cross functional teams, ensuring Marketing Operations remains aligned with business needs and organizational growth
- Lead Marketing Operations communication forums that enhance visibility, team learning, and operational alignment
- Own and facilitate an Advisory Board, partnering with cross-functional leaders to align on strategic priorities, elevate operational excellence, and drive sustainable change
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Change Management, or related fields
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience managing feedback loops, intake processes, or cross-functional prioritization frameworks
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts, including adoption programs, communication planning, and training enablement
- A proactive problem-solver who champions change, drives clarity, and builds trust across teams
