Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to EAM, Alerting, and AI/ automation tools. Effectively leverage third-party applications to address enterprise challenges and align them with business needs. Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals, aligning with Meta’s mission and business objectives. Identify process gaps and propose improvements to streamline work management, alerting workflows and AI enabled automation. Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities. Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful rollout of tooling initiatives. Partner with cross functional teams to develop adaptable and robust solutions. Use data and research to identify user needs, measure success, and inform product decisions. Facilitate the flow of information between all stakeholders, building consensus around vision, priorities, and decisions. Drive projects aligned with FacOps OKRs, using data-driven insights to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Identify and develop enterprise-wide solutions promoting standardization and best practices. Promote and articulate the team’s work internally and externally, building support and excitement for product initiatives. Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide product strategy. Develop and maintain user documentation, best practices, and training materials. Collaborate with IT teams for any infrastructure, environment, and upgrade related support. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within third party systems and internal tools. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to aid decision-making. Manage vendor engagement for timely and successful service delivery. Lead process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies effectively. 25% of domestic travel required. Telecommuting from anywhere in the US allowed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation Requires 5 years of experience in the following skills: Project Management skills with experience in driving strategic initiatives Project Tracking and Reporting ( JIRA, ASANA, G Suite ( docs, sheets, slides) etc) Data analysis, Visualization and Reporting ( Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) In-depth technical knowledge of software architecture and integration Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery, with an understanding of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope Experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving for large-scale systems Experience in performing risk assessments and managing changes and SQL experience and strong understanding of data management principles and best practices

Compensation: $178,135/year to $204,930/year + bonus + equity + benefits
