As a Video Account Executive, you will lead the import account portfolio, and bridge the gap between deep technical video expertise and high-level relational sales.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationship and strategic alignment with local agencies and global Google Service teams, acting as primary point of contact for the local client team. Manage video projects, translating technical media domain and local market knowledge into robust projects for local business.
- Create plans for video growth, identifying high-scale opportunities based on market potential in Brazil.
- Develop competitive pitches through comparative benchmarks and sophisticated technical video proposals.
- Coordinate cross-functional exports to ensure import clients receive excellent local service, converting competitor budgets into video growth and local packages.
- Drive growth of video solutions within key accounts, with a strategic focus on scaling long-term investment.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to work cross-functionally, remove structural blocks, and align complex projects.
