The Technical Programs & Strategic Operations Manager for Partner Engineering will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing planning processes, and optimizing operational efficiencies within the Partner Engineering organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, effective implementation, reliable operational, and understanding of technical partnerships and engineering lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and guide the team in setting and achieving goals aligned with organizational priorities Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment of goals and driving product priorities Develop and articulate the long-term mission and strategic priorities for Partner Engineering in alignment with overall product goals Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions Planning and Execution Lead the planning cycles every half, including goal setting, alignment with cross-functional teams, resource allocation, and budget management Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and operational processes Drive the execution of key strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes Implement best practices for project management, data analysis, and reporting Optimize operational workflows and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability within Partner Engineering Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance Partner with teams across various functions to drive alignment, share insights, and achieve common objectives Act as a liaison between Partner Engineering and other departments' SP&O teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions Build relationships with external partners to understand their needs and align engineering efforts accordingly

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree 7+ years of proven experience in strategy, operations, or program management within a technology or engineering organization Understanding of partner ecosystems, technical integrations, and software development lifecycles Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a time-sensitive environment Experience with data analytics and visualization tools Experience in a top consulting firm Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management software A track record of driving significant operational improvements and strategic impact

Compensation: $133,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
