eBay Japan — Account Manager (Japan Sellers)
eBay Japan K.K. is the leading cross-border e-commerce company in Japan.
We are seeking a collaborative and data-driven Account Manager to support and grow our Japanese seller portfolio on eBay’s global marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Manage and expand a portfolio of Japanese sellers, achieving GMV growth targets.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with sellers.
Work cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and policy teams to solve issues.
Identify growth opportunities and prepare account plans.
Qualifications:
Native-level Japanese and business English proficiency.
3–5 years of experience in account management or e-commerce.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Team-oriented and proactive.
Work style:
Hybrid (Tokyo-based). Domestic business trips may be required.
