Regional AI Sales Specialist, Google Cloud (Korean, English)

Responsibilities
Guide customers through the Pilot-to-Production journey. Distinguish between model APIs and full platform value, and drive scalable decisions.
Shift conversations to business cases. Model and platform TCO, explain inference cost scaling, and articulate the ROI of build vs. buy decisions.
Fluently navigate the value patterns such as: business generation (customer experience), efficiency (automation), and decision augmentation (insight).
- Position AI Agents within the context of the industry. Explain how data proximity, governance, and operational coherence (MLOps) on Vertex AI create a competitive advantage.
Leverage a team of Field Sales Reps and Customer Engineers. Activate Partners (GSIs/ISVs) to scale industry-specific plays and accelerate implementation. Distinctively assess agreements maturity, and commit to defendable numbers based on technical reality and executive sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with 3 years of experience in Cloud, Data, Analytics, or AI/ML.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience selling Large Language Models (LLMs), Agents, or generative technologies.
- Experience in the regulatory and operational data challenges of specific industries (FSI, Retail, Telco, Manufacturing).
- Understanding of territory planning, stakeholder mapping, and executing complex, multi-stage agreement cycles.
- Ability to explain AI agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, vector search, and inference scaling and why they matter to business audiences, and in building CFO-ready business cases involving complex consumption economics.
- Ability to gain perspective from working at a major cloud provider, system integrator, or AI-native firm.
