In this role, you will build bold creative narratives that justify shifting budgets from TV and Social to YouTube. You will act as a 'Trusted Advisor' to C-level stakeholders, translating complex brand needs into structured commercial packages for local and global clients.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Build creative and bold strategies that test the "TV-first legacy" of the Brazilian market.
  • Structure and productize creative solutions. This involves defining the best Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMAs) and orchestrating creator/package/brand content in alignment with the Brand Solutions team.
  • Translate rough client objectives into actionable brief sprints, specializing in concepting and ideation that aligns with local market trends.
  • Influence beyond media buyers, connecting with Creative and Planning leads at agencies to drive YouTube's growth and the adoption of Google’s creative trends and package solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
  • 5 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
  • Understanding of the creator economy (e.g., IMAs, Social landscape) and how to leverage them for brand growth.
  • Ability to define local video strategy and create a solid framework for executive audiences.
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into business-generating initiatives.
