About the team and the role:

eBay’s Parts & Accessories (P&A) business is a multi-billion-dollar global category and one of eBay’s largest and fastest-evolving businesses. Today, P&A primarily serves buyer and seller needs in the business-to-consumer (B2C), do-it-yourself (DIY), online P&A segment. Looking ahead, our ambition is to unlock growth by expanding into new buyer and seller segments, building new operating model capabilities, and launching across additional retail surfaces.

To support this ambition, we are seeking a Senior Manager to join the U.S. P&A team. This role will focus on identifying, sizing, and executing Total Addressable Market (TAM) opportunities. The Senior Manager will lead research and discovery, shape the strategic narrative, develop business cases and execution plans, align cross-functional partners, and support the launch and scaling of new initiatives.

This is a highly visible role with significant strategic impact, sitting at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership.

What you will accomplish:

  • Lead discovery on new P&A addressable market opportunities through industry research and buyer and seller interviews, in close partnership with internal research, corporate development, and partnerships teams

  • Develop strategic plans and financial models for top opportunities, driving alignment with key cross-functional partners (including product, marketing, analytics, finance, and others) and senior leadership

  • Define resource-efficient, agile Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to pilot and validate new opportunities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market execution, including defining phased activation approaches, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and managing program plans and progress tracking

  • Drive alignment and execution of marketing efforts across brand marketing, social, events, and lower-funnel paid media

  • Support strategy and operational execution across U.S. P&A teams, including inventory, merchandising, and new strategic initiatives

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy, planning, or project management role at a large corporation

  • Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across complex, cross-functional team environments

  • Demonstrated experience building and launching agile, resource-efficient MVPs in service of a broader strategic vision

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and bias toward results

  • SQL experience is a plus, but not required

  • Industry experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or consumer technology; interest and/or experience in Motors is a plus, but not required

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar graduate degree preferred
