Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities
- Manage C-level relationships. Develop Joint Business Plans that align Google solutions with business tests and growth ambitions.
- Lead digital transformation using a consultant mindset. Pitch Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategies to optimize investments, translating capabilities into business goals that drive efficiency in customer acquisition and loyalty.
- Use analytics to uncover user needs and demonstrate value. Measure results against benchmarks, share data-motivated insights that shape customer direction and reinforce partnership health.
- Identify new opportunities to own the growth goals. Advocate for products that solve vertical-specific issues, leverage success to expand and diversify marketing investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategies. Lead vertical trends while maintaining operational discipline.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluently to support client management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading Joint Business Plans (JBP), utilizing data for business forecasting, sales pipeline management, and identifying opportunities.
- Knowledge of Google's advertising ecosystem, with the ability to deploy AI-motivated features for customer growth automation and optimization.
- Knowledge of vertical business models and macro-trends, with the ability to advise clients on AI's impact on Profit and Loss, and market positioning.
- Ability to develop data-motivated narratives for C-level audiences to simplify AI concepts and collaborate in the adoption of transformation strategies.
- Excellent project management and operational discipline skills.
