As a Global Product Solutions Senior Associate, you will drive YouTube’s success through brand creator partnerships, with focus on partnership ads. You will be responsible for the success of the product and accompanying go-to-market strategy. You will focus on making it easier for advertisers to discover and amplify creator content as a core part of their YouTube strategy and investment. The role demands exceptional strategic and product acumen, as well as structured problem-solving and expertise in video ad sales to ensure YouTube’s creator solutions deliver significant business growth.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements to grow within the market and influence product development.
- Clarify its core benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure product support across Google Ads and DV360 to minimize friction for buyers.
- Optimize user experience with the product, including video linking and campaign setup processes, to improve the customer workflow.
- Enhance content discovery to make it easier for brands to find creator content ready for paid media amplification.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, product management, or sales strategy.
- Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for advertising products.
- Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
- Knowledge of Google’s Ads products and offerings across search, display, video and platforms, demonstrating domain expertise in the product space.
- Understanding of the creator ecosystem, including YouTube's solutions and other Social platforms, and how brands leverage creator content for paid amplification.
- Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
