About eBay Live

eBay Live is shaping the future of commerce, a fast-growing, live shopping experience where sellers and buyers connect in real time. From collectibles and fashion to luxury goods and tech, we’re bringing storytelling and community into the heart of shopping. eBay Live operates like a startup within eBay: experimental, creative, data-driven, and global.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Platform Operations Program Manager who excels at creating structure out of ambiguity. You’ll help scale eBay Live by designing the operational backbone that powers livestream commerce across global markets, seller enablement, event execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll partner with product, marketing, seller support, trust, and category teams to turn ideas into repeatable, high-performing programs that support seller success and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Quarterback international platform operations, go-to-market, and seller support, driving alignment and operational excellence across regions.

  • Support in-market platform operations teams in implementing consistent processes that enhance efficiency and impact.

  • Coordinate priorities and execution as an extension of the North America team, ensuring global alignment and shared accountability.

  • Implement playbooks across markets to enable consistency, speed, and scalable growth.

  • Build and evolve processes that support international scale and adapt to changing operational needs.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing, to optimize workflows, governance, and global execution.

  • Continuously improve systems and standards by capturing findings and transforming them into global best practices.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in program or operations management, ideally within e-commerce, media, or live commerce.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional programs at scale, balancing creativity with process rigor.

  • Exceptional communicator who can drive alignment across technical, operational, and business teams.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change — you bring structure where none exists.

  • Obsessed with systems, metrics, and documentation (if it’s not written down, it doesn’t exist).

  • Passionate about live experiences, creators, and the intersection of commerce and community.
