From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the LATAM strategy for customer references and social media to drive engagement and investment in advocacy programs.
  • Manage the regional editorial calendar and produce B2B content tailored to every stage of the customer buying cycle.
  • Identify and manage reference customers, acting as their primary contact to ensure a positive experience.
  • Build engagement plans to turn prospects into advocates and collaborate with influencers to boost brand awareness.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams while using problem-solving tools to track business impact and social media insights.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
  • Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related analytical roles.
  • Experience working in growth, product, brand, social, partner marketing or research.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish to interact with Latam stakeholders.
