As the Digital Strategy Lead of Accelerated Growth Team, you will identify and grow key client prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem, to promote and set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on the platforms.

We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.Responsibilities
- Manage business growth by building a pipeline of key client prospects within the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem and develop strategies.
- Deliver against assigned goals, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to Google's advertisers. Support, and communicate with English and Cantonese speaking clients.
- Propose investment and deliver marketing solutions to accelerate client's growth according to client's business.
- Collaborate with Account Management teams at Google Customer Solutions to deliver customer success.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
- Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently to engage with clients in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in driving business growth and building relationships with executive/C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Experience in sales and business acumen.
- Experience in cross-collaborative stakeholder management, along with the ability to work with a team.
