Program Manager, Enterprise Data Governance Analytics, Supply Chain

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for enterprise data and product data analytics reporting, metrics and dashboard development. Enterprise Data plays a critical role in the technical infrastructure supply chain operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain domains and business groups to identify pain points and root cause to identify data related issues. Identify business rules to improve data quality.
- Develop and maintain the reporting and metric solutions by collecting feedback, managing requirement gathering, and subsequent change management activities.
- Manage programs of data related initiatives.
- Work with engineering partners to shape and drive development of Google’s infrastructure including data warehousing and data analytics platforms.
- Define and execute roll-out plans of solutions (training, user guides, user support, testing).
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in supply chain management.
- 1 year of experience in program management and data analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with emphasis in Product Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in supply chain management with an emphasis on product data management or master data management incorporating analytics.
- 3 years of project management experience, coupled with expertise in SQL, Spreadsheets, and Tableau.
- Experience in SAP ERP, Product Lifecycle Management, and Machine Learning.
