Account Manager, Onboarding (English)

In this role, you will manage and develop relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals, contribute to the team performance delivering against quarterly business goals. You will deliver against assigned customer goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent on-boarding experience to Google's advertisers, and work with colleagues in New Business Sales (NBS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales to deliver seamless customer on-boarding. You will implement ways to improve the customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products. Responsibilities
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating them into campaign strategies.
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to improve customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and achieve business growth goals.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in different regions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
