Job Location: Nashville, TN
Position Responsibilities: Work independently with internal and external engineering teams to
successfully deliver cross-functional projects that are of a high-quality (e.g., on-time, on-budget,
maintainable, lowdefects, etc.). Partner with project managers and external vendors to set
project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules to meet a deadline. Influence
technical documentation content, perform documentation review, dive deep into system
layouts and solutions. Competently represent system and/or equipment designs to both
customers and other teams. Communicate project status, effectively answer project questions
in detail, and regularly produce clear and concise summaries for the projects you own to your
leadership/management team. Excel at developing good working relationships with vendors,
engineers, managers, and peers. Participate in design reviews and support execution efforts
between internal teams and outside vendors including equipment specifications, material flow,
process design, and site layout. Efficiently manage budget documents, change order controls,
purchase orders, and invoicing. Build strong working relationships with FC/SC leadership and
their operations teams across multiple sites as well as their Launch, Facilities, Finance, Safety,
Process Engineers, and other business stakeholders. Identify and lead process improvement
initiatives in support of operations teams within a geographic node. Up to 50% domestic travel
to perform role responsibilities may be required.
Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Biological) or a related field and three years of experience in the

Engineer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent
degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Biological) or a related field and
seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or as a Project
Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or a related occupation
as equivalent to a master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of
experience in the following skills: 1) managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects; 2)
implementing automated equipment or integrated systems; and 3) using CAD software including
AutoCAD, REVIT, or BIM 360.
40 hours/week, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Salary Range $113,651 - $145,600.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
