Support Engineer, Software Development

Seller Growth team ensures Amazon sellers in India maintain tax and regulatory compliance while optimising their workflows to minimize policy violations. We also drive strategic initiatives to boost seller success and growth through improved operational efficiency and compliance adherence.. Job Responsibilities: - Follow a tech SOP for completing a project/on boarding tasks.

• Write codes accomplishing some small task or rectifying some issue happening in a service.
• Understand and debug minor issues occurring in a service when a TT comes/ PE raised.
• Prod deployment and sanity.
• Reassign the TTs to the write teams following the SOP.
• Write scripts for automations to fix commonly occurring issues.
• Understand and work on AWS services like Lambda, SQS, DDB.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern program languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to server-less cloud computing is a strong plus.
• Experience with technical support, incident response and incident management.
