You will lead cross-functional projects to simplify processes, reduce lead times, and eliminate inefficiencies. Success in this role requires a passion for continuous improvement, as you will be constantly identifying root causes, designing scalable solutions, and driving adoption across teams.
To thrive, you must combine analytical strength, operational understanding, and strong influencing skills to create alignment between business and operations priorities.

Lead cost-to-serve and efficiency initiatives, driving sustainable, scalable improvements to Amazon’s supply chain.
Use data and metrics to diagnose root causes, identify risks, and build long-term solutions that scale.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies across Retail, Operations, and Finance, balancing customer experience, speed, and profitability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and championing operational excellence.
