Job Summary:

 Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management and operational initiatives, covering both project delivery and ongoing operational support activities.

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, cost, and quality.

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to assigned initiatives, ensuring stability, efficiency, and issue resolution.

  • Establish and maintain project governance, including status reporting, RAID management, milestone tracking, and leadership updates.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional business, technology, and support teams to ensure smooth execution and handoffs.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies across projects and BAU activities.

  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.

  • Support post-implementation stabilization, transition to operations, and ongoing performance tracking.

  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners, ensuring delivery commitments and SLAs are met.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the team.


Mandatory Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management and Operations across technology or business functions.

  • Strong hands-on experience with project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in JIRA and MS Project (or equivalent project management tools).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Solid understanding of operational governance, issue management, and process adherence.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.


Good-to-Have Skills

  • PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.

  • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.

  • Experience with operational transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with vendor management and SLA tracking.

  • Experience supporting production operations, service delivery, or BAU environments.

  • Knowledge of quality, risk, or compliance processes (generic, non-domain-specific).
