Cloud Program Manager, Google Cloud Consulting

As a Cloud Program Manager, you will specialize in the program management, governance and orchestration of large scale cloud engagements. This will involve supporting both our customers and internal teams delivery and execution of our largest programs. You will have experience of planning and executing the governance of cloud adoption, IT transformation or cloud migrations. You will possess an understanding of the fundamentals of both Enterprise IT and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
- Lead the program management of multifunctional large Google cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
- Manage complex, multi-party (Client, Partner, Google) transformational engagements to ensure financial benefits and outcomes are realized, exceeding customer expectations.
- Manage the risks, issues and actions for the accounts and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
- Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down large projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
- Define the overall governance model, manage communication cadence, and identify required skills and resources across all teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams and customer bases.
- Understanding of the broader cloud marketplace, including performer differentiators.
- Ability to quickly learn new and emerging Cloud/IT technologies.
- Ability to define a path to resolution in ambiguous situations, leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
