Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Commodity Managers to select potential suppliers for various technologies.
  • Conduct reviews of the supplier's qualification processes used for designing and delivering technology solutions for Google's needs.
  • Perform detailed data-based analysis on metrics such as capacity, yield, and throughput, identifying and addressing gaps to ensure suppliers achieve desired capability levels.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive supplier capability assessments and analysis data to key decision-makers to inform sourcing choices.
  • Monitor and audit selected suppliers post-qualification to ensure ongoing compliance with Google's requirements for production, quality, and delivery schedules.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing flow and supply chain management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in analysis, supply, or manufacturing within the semiconductor, passive components, or electronics industry.
  • Experience in managing factory operations.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and industrial supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing flow and supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to analyze data and influence technical and business stakeholders.
