【Japan Retrofit Engineering】
既存フルフィルメントセンターの改造を通して、設備やレイアウトを最適化し、キャパシティ向上のためのオペレーションを構築します。パッケージの最適化、輸送コストの低減、在庫の最大化、ソリューションの標準化を推進し、カスタマーエクスペリエンスとサステナビリティの向上に貢献します。

AMZLの現場ではたらくアソシエイトが安全で正確に素早くお客様へ荷物が届けられる、デリバリーステーション(DS)の実現に向け、DSの設計・自動化・導入立ち上げ・改善を担当いただきます。

[Japan Retrofit Engineering] Through the renovation of existing fulfillment centers, we optimize facilities and layouts to build operations for capacity enhancement. We promote package optimization, transportation cost reduction, inventory maximization, and solution standardization, contributing to the improvement of customer experience and sustainability.
[Amazon Logistics] You will be responsible for the design, automation, implementation launch, and improvement of delivery stations (DS) to realize a DS where associates working at AMZL sites can deliver packages to customers safely, accurately, and quickly.
Key job responsibilities
・改修工事プロジェクトのプロセス設計、施工管理（品質管理・安全管理・コスト管理・工程管理・環境管理）試運転調整、不具合の対応、オペレーション部門への引き渡し
・New テクノロジー導入時の関連部署との技術に関する導入
・ベンダー、サプライヤーとの技術打ち合わせ、交渉サポート
・工事関連全般におけ、図面作成、図面管理
・Process design and construction management for renovation projects (quality control, safety management, cost management, schedule management, environmental management), commissioning and adjustment, troubleshooting, and handover to operations departments
・Introduction of technology related to new technology implementation in collaboration with relevant departments
・Technical meetings and negotiation support with vendors and suppliers
・Drawing creation and drawing management for all construction-related matters

Basic Qualifications
- 専攻：工学学科、建築学科、電気電子学科、またはそれらに関連する学科卒業予定
- 2027年卒業予定の方
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力および英語力（ご提出書類にスコア等ございましたらご記載ください）
- Major: Expected to graduate from Engineering, Architecture, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related departments
- Graduation Year: Expected to graduate in 2027
- Language Skills: Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English (Please include test scores if available in your application documents)
