Job Description: 

  • This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities.

  • Defines roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones for incoming technology transfer.

  • Defines and establishes flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.

  • Extracts insights from structured and unstructured data by quickly synthesizing large volumes of data, and applying statistics and machine learning, and may using coding techniques (e.g. SQL, python, etc.) primarily but could also include programming languages (i.e. .net).

  • Owns sustaining and continuous improvement of quality and integrated defect and parametric measurements in startup and high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Drives low yield analysis and yield improvement activities with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensures continuous improvement programs are in place to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions.

  • Performs quality and reliability risk assessments for potentially discrepant manufacturing material as well as for process changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering. Prefer: Electrical-Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering/ Material Engineering/Chemical Engineering.

  • At least 3 years of Assembly and Test or semiconductor processing experience.

  • Good at data analytics skill (SQL, Python, Power BI, data query, cleaning/sanity check, preparation, data analysis/statistical method, visualization, drawing conclusion). For experience, proven strong technical leadership. Knowledgeable in Quality/Yield and problem solving (8D report, Excursion management, FMEA, Yield improvement) (e.g. Quality Assurance, Quality/Product engineer, Process engineer having experience with Yield/Quality in module, etc.)

  • Good English communication skills

  • Excellent in communication and key stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to apply/develop automation tools to improve productivities (such as programming, apply AI/ML, etc)
