We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Analystto join our Digital Experience teams based in Paris, Milan or Madrid!
What you'll Do
- Provide senior marketing collaborators with strategic recommendations based on analytics to improve business outcomes across Western Europe. Enable their understanding and adoption of marketing reports and performance capabilities.
- Champion automation and self-serve analytics, enabling partners to access and act on insights independently using platforms such as Power BI.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to make recommendations to marketing teams on campaign and programme optimisations across events and digital tactics.
- Support the Western Europe Marketing organisation by synthesising the impact of marketing to enable weekly business activities, and performance reviews, while leading data provisions and delivering supportive insights for regular performance reviews (e.g., MBR, QBR) and annual planning efforts to guide spend and optimise the Western Europe marketing plan.
- Adapt analytics and insights to the Western European market, collaborating effectively and accounting for local market nuances.
- Establish feedback loops and drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, tools, and talent.
- Communicate complex analytics simply and persuasively, inspiring and aligning diverse team members across the region.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory. Any additional European language wille be nice to have.
- Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B subscription revenue environment, with hands-on marketing and analytics experience.
- Proven experience with advanced analytics and measurement frameworks, with emphasis on incrementality testing and causal impact analysis.
- Strong technical skills, including SQL, Python, and advanced Excel; experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and enable self-serve analytics for business partners. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with a talent for analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesising recommendations.
- Highly entrepreneurial, adaptable, and able to operate independently with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate and align with collaborators.
