Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the creative strategy for Android's consumer-facing content, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
- Lead the changing production of content, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and other teams to align creative content with business goals.
- Manage and mentor an in-house creative team, including a Producer and Visual Designer.
- Drive creative innovation by integrating new technologies, like Google AI, while overseeing the efficient operation of the in-house production studio.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in a creative discipline (e.g., writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, photography, etc.).
- A portfolio of creative work displaying experience in Brand or Social design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Experience with global brand campaigns with the understanding of regional cultural nuances.
- Familiarity with Google's product suite.
- Understanding of the Android ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people-management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and user-centric design.
