eBay Japanは、米国シリコンバレーに本社を置く世界最大級のマーケットプレイス「eBay」の日本法人です。
日本国内では、Z世代を中心に支持されるショッピングモール「Qoo10」を運営し、ビューティー・ファッション領域を軸に成長を続けています。
当社は次なる成長戦略として、初のオフライン・フラッグシップストアを立ち上げ、
オンラインとオフラインを融合させた新しい顧客体験（OMO：Online Merges with Offline）の実現に挑戦しています。
募集背景
フラッグシップストアおよびポップアップストアの立ち上げ・運営に伴い、
OMO戦略を現場で実行・推進する運営メンバーを新たに募集します。
本ポジションは、OMO事業開発責任者（チームリーダー）のもとで、
店舗運営・イベント・在庫・商品品揃え・オンライン連携・物流関連・パートナー管理やコミュニケーションなどを横断的に支える実行ポジションです。
ポジション概要
Qoo10フラッグシップストア・ポップアップストアにおいて、
日々の店舗運営や開発・イベント実行・オンライン連携を担う中核メンバーとしてご活躍いただきます。
単なる店舗運営に留まらず、
Qoo10のオンライン施策（メガ割などのキャンペーン、ライブコマース、会員施策等）と連動した
OMO型の顧客体験づくりに深く関わっていただきます。
主な業務内容
① 店舗運営サポート
- 日次・週次の店舗運営業務サポート
- 店舗オペレーションの改善提案・実行
- スタッフとの連携、現場調整
- 店舗ルール・オペレーションの整備補助
② イベント・ポップアップ運営
- ブランドポップアップ、イベントの運営実行
- スケジュール管理、現場進行、関係者調整
- ブランド・代理店・社内関係部署との調整
- イベント後の振り返り・レポーティング
③ 商品・在庫管理（フラッグシップ中心）
- 展示・販売商品の在庫管理サポート
- 売上・在庫データの確認、簡易分析
- 棚卸し（棚卸、数量確認）対応
- ロジスティクス担当との連携
④ OMO・オンライン連携
- オンラインキャンペーンと連動した店頭施策の実行
- Qoo10アプリ／EC施策との連携サポート
- ライブコマース・撮影対応の現場サポート
- オンライン送客・オフライン来店促進施策の実行
必須要件
- 小売・店舗・イベント運営・販促いずれかの実務経験（2年以上）
- 複数関係者と調整しながら業務を進めた経験
- 現場対応・実行を厭わないスタンス
- 基本的なPCスキル（Excel / PowerPoint）
