Interactive Producer (12-month contract)

The Interactive team is searching an experienced producer for a 12-month contract who will be directly involved in developing customer-facing interactive initiatives in Canada and Latin America.
Description
You will coordinate the execution of digital marketing initiatives to be featured on Apple’s owned digital channels, including Apple.com, email marketing and related marketing platforms.
You will be directly influencing the way customers interact with Apple online. A genuine passion for crafting digital experiences is critical.
Responsibilities
- Lead the production and flawless delivery of digital marketing initiatives in Apple-owned digital touchpoints.
- Project oversight and accountability over sustain and confidential launches related to your assigned pod, overseeing localization of global projects, new product introductions, new services and seasonal campaigns.
- Drive the production timeline, working with a network of agencies for localization, web development, digital content creation, post-production and quality assurance.
- Prioritize tasks and handle ongoing changes in real time, working under tight deadlines.
- Brief the production agency and provide ongoing localization direction. Ultimately sign off on all projects related to your assigned pod.
- Deeply collaborate with your pod’s brand managers, WW counterparts and Marcom creative teams.
- Be flexible and open, collaborating with technical and non-technical groups.
- Maintain direct communication with counterparts across the company, handling the workflow between all partners and evaluating deliverables and timelines.
- Identify gaps and seek opportunities based on product and market nuances.
- Adopt a strategic mindset supported by analytics insights to proactively identify improvements to the digital experience. Explore opportunities based on data, market insights and rising trends.
- Work closely with geo origination producer to collaboratively create tailored initiatives In order to drive brand equity and business results in Canada and Latin America.
- Partner with pod brand leads to support the creation and extension of ideas that drive business priorities in geo.
- Adopt a hands-on approach, working effectively with creative, development and cross- functional teams.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and innovation to inform local decisions and propose change.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience and a strong track record in digital marketing and web project management, preferably at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excel both at a strategic and executional level.
- Value teamwork and collaboration, and you feel comfortable working closely with multiple agencies and cross-functional business partners.
- Design driven, customer centric mentality.
- Passionate about Apple products and services.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience managing website builds, migrations, or redesigns.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear website requirements
- Solid grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS and QA basics, URL structuring) that enables clear collaboration with development teams.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Foundational understanding of UX/UI principles. Ability to work with designers, review wireframes, and advocate for usability.
- Experience with cross-functional coordination (dev, design, content, product, agencies.)
- Project management skills (timelines, requirements gathering, sprint planning, scoping.)
- Knowledge of web analytics tools, and familiarity with A/B testing and optimization tools.
- Solid understanding of the underlying technical aspects of digital marketing.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $92,600 and $176,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.’s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit award recommendations, and can purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple Inc.’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
