As an Expert Techno-Functional Architect within Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. You will bridge functional leadership (across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Security, Help Desk, etc.) with advanced technical expertise (VBCS, APEX, BIP, OTBI, HDL, HSDL, Fusion AI Agent Studio, and Oracle Integration Cloud), facilitating secure and value-driven transformation. You’ll mentor teams, partner with global stakeholders, and guide the adoption of security, integration, and AI features on Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex Oracle Fusion HCM engagements, including the design and development of robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Lead and deliver innovation, automation, and integration initiatives using VBCS, APEX, VBS, BIP, OTBI, HDL, HSDL, Fusion AI Agent Studio, and OIC.
Provide expert advisory in process optimization, cross-module integrations, data migration, and technical solutioning in global, multi-module Fusion HCM environments.
Architect and drive embedded AI and automation adoption through Fusion AI Agent Studio, including conversational agent design and business process automation.
Function as both functional and technical SME; resolve complex L3 issues and serve as the escalation point for customers and internal teams.
Mentor and upskill technical and functional delivery teams, enabling adoption of best practices and the latest Oracle cloud, AI, security, and integration features.
Represent CSS in architecture design workshops, solution governance, and executive steering committees.
Prepare, review, and deliver architectural designs, technical documentation, security/compliance assessments, and strategic recommendations for Oracle and client executives.
Collaborate with Oracle Product Management/Support to escalate, resolve, and proactively influence Oracle roadmap priorities.
Ensure all architecture and integration solutions meet Oracle security, privacy, and compliance guidelines.

Role Requirements:
8 to 12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, blending deep expertise in both functional modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Talent, Security, Help Desk) and technical development.
Architect-level experience with solution and integration design for large enterprise/global Oracle Fusion Cloud clients.
Strong experience with Fusion Cloud technical tools: VBCS, APEX, VBS, HDL, HSDL, BIP, OTBI, Fusion AI Agent Studio, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing and supporting complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, process automation, etc.).
Demonstrated leadership and innovation in deploying AI-driven processes and automations with Fusion AI Agent Studio (certification preferred).
Advanced skills in cloud data migration, interface/integration strategy, and custom/report building.
Mastery of business process design, cross-module workflow optimization, secure architecture, and adopting Oracle best practices.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
Proven team leadership, analytical problem-solving, and ability to drive organizational learning in Oracle Cloud technology.
Experience collaborating with Oracle Support, consulting, and product teams in a global environment.
Flexibility to support global customers and travel for key delivery events, as required.

Desirable:
Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), technical tools, or Fusion AI Agent Studio.
Experience with multi-country implementations, data compliance, or high-volume enterprise environments.
Exposure to broader Oracle Cloud suites (ERP, SCM), or third-party HCM integrations.
