Lead Fusion SaaS Technical Analyst
As a Lead member of Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) Support, you are responsible for delivering best-in-class technical solutions for Oracle Fusion SaaS environments. This role involves leading projects, mentoring junior team members, resolving escalated technical issues, and enabling customers to maximize value with custom solutions and AI-driven enhancements. You’ll coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery across a range of Oracle Cloud technical tools, with a special emphasis on Fusion AI Agent Studio for innovative automation and conversational AI.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver technical consulting projects involving Oracle Fusion SaaS applications, focusing on VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), APEX, VBS (Visual Builder Studio), HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader), BIP (BI Publisher), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and Fusion AI Agent Studio.
Architect, design, and optimize complex custom applications, extensions, automations, AI agents, integrations, and reports aligned with business and technical requirements.
Mentor, coach, and review the work of junior technical consultants and analysts, ensuring best practices and code quality.
Oversee and guide customers on the design, configuration, and deployment of AI-driven agents using Fusion AI Agent Studio—including automation of business processes and conversational workflows.
Support clients in advanced data migration, system integration, and mass data upload scenarios using HDL and HSDL.
Provide expertise for creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining reports and dashboards using BIP and OTBI.
Advise on best practices, security standards, and optimal use of Oracle Fusion’s ecosystem and tools.
Act as escalation point for technical issues; collaborate with Oracle Product Support and internal teams for quick and comprehensive issue resolution.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation, architectural designs, and status reports for stakeholders and project management.
Ensure alignment with Oracle's security, privacy, and compliance requirements in all technical solutions.
Role Requirements:
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a technical consultant in Oracle Fusion SaaS environments, with strong expertise in VBCS, APEX, VBS, HDL, HSDL, BIP, OTBI, and Fusion AI Agent Studio.
Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules.
Demonstrated leadership in designing, building, and optimizing custom solutions, integrations, and AI-powered automations for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle’s data loading and reporting technologies (HDL, HSDL, BIP, OTBI).
Strong experience with Fusion AI Agent Studio for developing, deploying, and supporting AI-driven process automation or conversational solutions.
Certification in Oracle Cloud, Oracle technical tools, or Fusion AI Agent Studio.
Deep analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; ability to provide guidance and knowledge transfer to project teams.
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, PL/SQL, XML/XSLT, REST APIs, and related Oracle Cloud development tools.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder and client engagement.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning in a fast-evolving Oracle Cloud landscape.
Experience collaborating with Oracle Support, consulting, and global delivery teams.
Flexibility to support a global customer base across different time zones.
