Description

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle,
including sourcing, screening, and hirings for external and internal non-
leadership candidates.

Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to market business
stakeholders. Provide expert insights on the talent landscape, retail
industry trends, and innovative talent solutions.

Inclusive Pipeline Generation: Drive innovative and diverse
community attraction initiatives to broaden the top of the hiring funnel
and ensure an inclusive approach to talent discovery.

Candidate Experience: Champion and protect a world-class,
seamless, and positive experience for every candidate throughout the
hiring process.

Process Excellence: Establish clear recruiting timelines, milestones,
and expected outcomes in partnership with business leaders.

Data-Driven Insights: Measure performance and track headcount
changes through regular reporting and analytics to inform people
decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborative Execution: Work closely with your Recruiting Manager,
People Partners, and hiring teams to ensure your local efforts
seamlessly align with the broader Retail Talent strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Native-level Korean and business-level English proficiency.
  • Eligible for a two-year contract position based on current local criteria.

  • Deep assessment expertise, with the ability to confidently evaluate talent utilizing established hiring tools and resources.
  • Skilled negotiator with a track record of delivering successful, mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage conflicting priorities, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines.
  • Industry knowledge, featuring experience in or a strong understanding of Retail and customer-experience-centric sectors.
