The opportunity

As a creative problem-solving leader for the sales team, you will have the chance to guide unusual solutions for the largest enterprises. You will craft solution visions that pursue prospects' most meaningful creativity and content problems. In this role you will master the challenges faced within key industries across areas of content and digital production, video, 3D/AR and digital documents and how Adobe helps clients meet these challenges.

What you'll do

  • Perform account planning, discovery and develop a vision which matches clients’ objectives and solves their business issues

  • Actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.

  • Articulate technology and solution positioning of some or all the Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud solutions.

  • Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

  • Support customer retention efforts through workshops and other value realization activities.

What you need to succeed

  • 4-8 years’ experience in software sales, preferably selling creative or design software.

  • Experience with creative technologies and platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

  • Good conceptual knowledge of digital media production, including design, animation, digital video, 3D/AR production. Understanding of these workflows in enterprise marketing and agency environments.

  • Be conversant with generative and agentic AI and have experience applying it for content production and creativity.

  • Knowledge of complementary and competitive products and technologies such as Autodesk, Apple Final Cut Pro, Canva, Figma will be an advantage.

  • Be familiar with the use of RESTful APIs to automate workflows, with associated tools such as Power Automate and Postman. Understand API concepts, HTTP methods, status codes, and data formats like JSON and XML.

  • Preferably have some knowledge of Acrobat and PDF solutions.

  • Understanding of technical sales techniques and processes; high level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge (Value based/Solution Selling preferred).

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written). Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences in conferences as well as senior customer executives!
