We develop some of the world's most advanced semiconductor packaging technologies as part of Intel's Foundry Technology Manufacturing (FTM) organization.
Here, in the Advanced Packaging and Technology Manufacturing (APTM) group, you will be part of a team responsible for developing AI-driven solutions that will revolutionize every aspect of advanced packaging development, from design concept to high-volume manufacturing. You will create the plumbing and connections that makes a state-of-the-art Agentic framework run effortlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the plumbing that connects agents to enterprise data, legacy systems, and simulations tools
Enabling trustable, consistent inputs for agentic workflows
Design and maintain data pipelines for connecting distributed data to a centralized semantic/knowledge layer that ensures clean, unified data for agent consumption.
Work with other development teams to both integrate and leverage existing solutions
Build and maintain a data catalog and onboarding guides for teams adopting the platform
Partner with IT/enterprise architects to enforce data governance, security, and compliance

Qualifications:
You must possess the requirements below to be considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, Software Engineering or related discipline and 4+ years of relevant experience
-OR- PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, Software Engineering or related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience
Relevant experience must include any of the following:
Strong knowledge of LLMs and their applications
Expertise in event streaming, API management, systems integrations and data lakes.
Deep experience with enterprise integration patterns and tools (e.g., RBAC, ABAC)
Experience working in environments with strong compliance requirements (e.g., IP protection, export controls, or similar regulatory frameworks)
Hands-on experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge-graph-backed systems for LLM applications in production
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of enterprise data engineering, integration, or middleware systems.
4+ years of experience building data solutions for AI infrastructure
Experience with observability and reliability for data/agent pipelines (metrics, logging, tracing, data quality monitoring)
A working understanding of the core components to an agent orchestration platform
Strong background with manufacturing or design enterprise systems

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $161,550.00-317,600.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
