The Adobe Community Marketing team builds programs that connect customers with each other and with Adobe — while turning community engagement into measurable impact. For our EMEA Community Marketing team, we are looking for a working student who is passionate about data, research, and analytics, and wants to apply these skills in a marketing and community-driven environment.
This role is dedicated to Creative Cloud Product Marketing, supporting Adobe’s Creative community by generating data-driven insights around community engagement, sentiment, and impact. You will play a key role in helping us understand how creatives interact with Adobe products and how community initiatives support product marketing objectives.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the EMEA Community Marketing team with a strong focus on data, research, and insights, while working closely with marketing and community stakeholders.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting across EMEA community programs with a specific focus on Creative Cloud communities and product marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, surveys, and analytics for both Creative Professional and Creator audiences
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends, opportunities, and sentiment across EMEA communities
- Analyze community sentiment using social listening and analytics tools (e.g. Talkwalker) and translate findings into actionable insights
- Provide research-based recommendations to strengthen community engagement and product marketing effectiveness
- Support ongoing monitoring of community KPIs and help evolve measurement frameworks
- Research the EMEA community landscape and emerging trends in the creative industry to ensure Adobe stays relevant and connected
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled at a university for at least the next 12 months
- Preferred fields of study: Data & Analytics, Market or Consumer Research, Marketing, Media & Communication, Business Administration
- Strong interest in data-driven decision making, research, and analytics within a marketing or community context
- Comfortable working with data sets, dashboards, surveys, and research outputs (quantitative and qualitative)
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Very good English skills; German skills are a strong plus
- Interest in Adobe’s Creative Cloud products, creative workflows, and digital ecosystems
- Based in Munich, Hamburg or Berlin
