Senior ERP Architect
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ERP Architect (Pre-sales role) to support the pre-sales efforts for our comprehensive cloud-based ERP solutions. As a Senior ERP Architect, you will be responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and working closely with prospective customers to understand their business requirements and recommend the best-fit ERP solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ERP platforms, a solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives. This position requires hands-on experience in delivering large-scale ERP projects and a strategic mindset to guide clients through their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with strategic clients to develop ERP or other SaaS applications roadmaps that align with their business objectives. Design scalable, flexible, and high-performing ERP solutions that drive enterprise value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on ERP architecture, system integration, and optimization. Build long-term relationships by offering insights that address business challenges.
- Develop and deliver engaging, tailored presentations and product demonstrations that address the specific needs and challenges of prospective customers. This includes showcasing end-to-end business processes, role-based workflows, and the value proposition of our ERP offerings.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their current processes, pain points, and objectives for implementing a new ERP system. Leverage your industry expertise to propose creative and effective solutions.
- Quantify the potential return on investment and value drivers for customers, helping them build the business case for adopting our ERP solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team on account strategies and demand generation activities, such as participating in industry events and webinars.
- Stay up to date on the latest features, functionalities, and industry trends related to our ERP products to position them effectively against the competition.
- Provide post-sales support during the contract negotiation and implementation phases, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers.

Responsibilities
Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of pre-sales or solution architect experience in the ERP or enterprise software industry
- Strong finance and/or accounting background, with a deep understanding of financial management processes
- Proficient in presenting and demonstrating ERP solutions, including financials, project management, and analytics modules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience working with Oracle (such as Fusion Cloud, E-Business Suite) or other leading ERP platforms is preferred
- Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to drive new business and maintain strong customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
