Role: Windows/O365 Administrator
• Would be member of Window global system admin team
Location:
• Yokohama or Shanghai

Job Description:

Support O365 services – Email, Intune, Teams, OneDrive.
Provide Windows server administration & support.
Support Windows server patching through WSUS server infrastructure.
Windows server security compliance and remediation.
Set up and troubleshoot any issues with core infrastructure services like DHCP and File/Print services.
Work on Windows Infrastructure upgrade/improvement projects/tasks.
Install/Configure Windows servers & perform Windows server OS upgrades.

Skills Required:

Should have working experience on O365 technologies.
Technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with Windows Operating System.
Should have good knowledge of Microsoft server 2016/2019/2022/2025.
Should have knowledge of Infrastructure services Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.
Strong analytical/problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good written and verbal Communications Skills.

Experience:

Should possess 5+ yrs. of relevant Office 365/windows server administration experience.
Prior experience of providing global customers remotely.

Qualification:
• Degree in Engineering (CS/Electronics/IT)
